About PreListingPro

Pre-MLS inherited home leads, with the outreach already done.

PreListingPro is a lead-generation and direct-mail platform built specifically for listing-side real estate agents. We identify homes entering the inheritance pipeline — through probate filings, estate deed activity, and obituary cross-referencing — typically 60 to 180 days before the property hits the MLS. We then ship a branded, agent-specific postcard sequence to the heirs and executors on the agent’s behalf.

The result is a steady, exclusive flow of inventory the agent’s competitors do not see, with all the print, postage, address handling, and tracking already taken care of. The agent gets the warm replies; that is the entire experience.

Why we built this

The lead-gen industry serving real estate agents has converged on the same two products: recycled portal leads and predictive-score lists. Both have inflated in price by an order of magnitude over the last decade, and both fundamentally compete on dialing volume rather than on relevant inventory.

Probate — the cleanest event-based signal that a home will list — sits almost untouched. The data lives across 3,300+ county courthouses, each with its own filing system, records portal, and timing quirks. Most lead vendors will not do the work to normalize it. Most agents do not have the time or the stomach for it. So the channel sits open while everyone fights over the same expired listings.

We built PreListingPro to do the data work, the outreach, and the brand handling on the agent’s behalf, so a listing-focused agent can compete on the one thing that actually wins listings: being first in the door.

Sister product: Probate Helper

PreListingPro is built on the same data infrastructure as our attorney-facing platform, Probate Helper (probatehelper.ai), which serves law firms running probate-document preparation and heir outreach. Probate Helper handles the legal-services side of the inheritance event; PreListingPro handles the real-estate side. Both pull from the same continuously refreshed probate-filing, county-deed, and obituary feeds we maintain across all 50 states.

Each platform is its own service with its own subscription. They share data plumbing only; agent and law-firm subscribers see only their own product.

What we are not

Not a cold-call list. Every PreListingPro outreach is a printed, respectful postcard. The agent never dials a grieving heir — the heir reaches out when they are ready.

Not a shared lead pool. Where we can — and most counties today still qualify — an agent gets every pre-listing we surface in the territory exclusively.

Not a CSV in your inbox. We are a full marketing pipeline: print, mail, address-handle, track. The agent uploads a headshot, picks a county, and answers replies.

Not anonymous. Every postcard is branded to the agent — their photo, their brokerage, their phone, their site. Trust is built on their name, not ours.

PreListingPro is built and operated by The PreListingPro Team, a small group of former real-estate operators, data engineers, and direct-mail specialists. The platform launched in 2026, building on infrastructure first developed for the Probate Helper attorney platform.
